These guys. Seeing the sights of Sydney? Yep! These precious peeps were all the sights we needed! What a great couple. Amazing hosts, and so good to see them in their own Aussie home after all these years of living in Manila at the same time (and the girls loved getting in snuggle time with Ruby!)

Hero Man tried to relocate this enormous beast from above the front door at his wife’s request (using his cap), whereupon it crawled up his arm so the cap and the spider sailed together into this here hedge. Emily retrieved the cap while Jonathon recovered from his laughter. There was no laughter from his wife. NOT a laughing matter.

The girls walked for hours again today

These kiddos did GREAT. It wasn’t all that long in kms, but there was a LOT of steep upping and downing and jumping over rocks and wading in cool water (shoes on and off multiple times for that icy water toe-dipping!). It was a “lovely family memory” and we realised that we are a family that loves to walk in beautiful places, and sit around a fire, and go caravan-style camping, and singing in a round (even tho we aren’t all that good at it!)

Beautiful, and MUDDY! The girls love the adventure that was navigating steep inclines made slick with mud. They helped their cautious mother often, offering hands and suggestions for footholds. The creek crossings were definitely their funnest times and they did brilliantly on this, the first of our Blue Mountains walks!
