It wasn’t all that long in kms, but there was a LOT of steep upping and downing and jumping over rocks and wading in cool water (shoes on and off multiple times for that icy water toe-dipping!). It was a “lovely family memory” and we realised that we are a family that loves to walk in beautiful places, and sit around a fire, and go caravan-style camping, and singing in a round (even tho we aren’t all that good at it!)
