Off to cook us brekky in the camp kitchen. Thanks, Grandma Sue, for the tray! It’s been invaluable!
This man is so great. His cooked breakfasts are a family favorite. The girls ate after having their very own shower (lovely water pressure!) to warm up on this chilly morning, ahead of a LONG drive starting with going backwards to Cape le Grand national park.
Esperance
We had so much hoped to free camp at Cape le Grand tonight but it was 10 mins before sunset and there was still a 1.5 hour drive to get there, so we went into Esperance which was only 15 mins away and are at a caravan park instead. It has turned out to be a good decision. About to put girls to bed!
(What is with the sun setting at 4.50pm?!)
Lunch. Norseman.
Had a nice chat to this lady while we waited for roadworks
This is a lake. Apparently.
We see this sign a lot
There’s also one for emu and wild brumbies. But I can never get the camera out fast enough!
